EU: Council conclusions on Somalia

The Council of the European Union has issued Council conclusions on Somalia stating, among other things, that the EU remains fully committed to fighting piracy and armed robbery off the coast of Somalia. Efforts are also needed to continue to address the root causes on land, including reducing the impunity of pirate networks.
